Minimum Order
In the continental USA, Pukka tea orders require a minimum of only four cases (24 units) for free shipping. All other products require a minimum order of $200.00 for free shipping in the continental USA. Orders under $200.00 will be charged a $15.00 fixed shipping fee.
Payment Options
Orders may be paid by cheque or credit card (Master Card or Visa). Credit Terms are available subject to approval. A Credit Application is required for Credit Terms including banking information and industry references.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
The Return Policy applies to the following situations:
- damaged products received in shipment
- incorrect products received
- consumer returns due to adverse reaction or dissatisfaction
There are no refunds or exchanges on:
- discontinued items
- expired products
- staff orders
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products Received In Shipment
Customers are responsible for checking the condition of their products at the time of the delivery. Please contact Health Matters America within 5 business days of delivery to obtain a Credit/Replacement Authorization Number. Please indicate whether you prefer to receive replacement product(s) or a credit. Health Matters America will arrange to pick up and return incorrect products received in shipment.
Health Matters America reserves the right to inspect any shipment and determine the condition of the merchandise in question. For this reason, please keep the product(s) and the original box in which the order was shipped until the credit has been issued.
